CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time Coordinated Entry Supervisor in Morris County. Under the direction of the Unhoused Director, the CES will manage the program day-to-day operations including supervising a team of Specialists, which provides access to housing and services for individuals who are experiencing homelessness. The focus of this work is to connect individuals with resources and services to assist them in stabilizing their homelessness, mental health and primary health situations.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Manage Coordinated Entry program, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.
- Prioritize individuals and refer to the appropriate housing programs, the most vulnerable individuals are given priority and timely placement into housing programs that provide the necessary services for individuals success.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, government agencies and advocating for homelessness.
- Support team to include day-to-day operations and regular team meetings, quality assurance, and compliance.
